Aiyohhh...
Tuhan saja tahu how tired I was after doing two Body Jam classes, one within the following hour. Actually, during the second class itself, I already felt like collapsing. Thanks to the guys on the floor, I managed to last till the end of the class. But God knows how I managed to last that long.
Last Wednesdaylah. The RGXT was not around. So, as I'm supposed to be sharing that slot in MA on Wednesday evenings, I had to teachlah.
It wasn't my first stint teaching BJ45 alone. On Tuesday, I dah rasa macam wanita perkasa doing the new release on my own in MML. Hehehehe... I had no problems in MML. In fact, I quite enjoyed myself. The butterfly jump wasn't that awesome though. It ended up being a lompatan rerama chomeyyy. But nevertheless, I had fun. Hihihi... But I can't vouch for the members though. You'll have to ask them yourself.
Ok, ok... My stamina is not that meletsz, k? I can barely survive Body Attack till the fourth track, so you can imagine how killing it is for me to teach the new Jam release twice within four hours. And in case you haven't tried the new Jam yet, it's absolutely killing on your stamina, especially during the Contemporary Rock block. Hoh!!!
To make matters worse, the main studio in MA is equipped with a borrowed mic (from God knows where, as the former one had been damaged very badly). And I had some problems with it. Well, it wasn't the mic that was giving me problems. Rather it was the compatibility of my voice with that said mic. I just wasn't able to project my voice loud enough for the whole class to hear. So, I ended up practically shrieking my way through the class. And I mean, literally shrieking. Like a crazy woman. Like I'm not crazeee enough as it is. Dahlah suara pun pitching tahap soprano. Tak sesweiii. Aiyohhh.. I shouted so much, sampai suara gua pecah, wa cakap lu... I just hope I did not permanently damage anyone's ear drums that evening.
After all that shrieking, you can imagine how lemah longlai I already waslah. And straight after that, I had to rush for the class in DU. Another round of BJ45??? Kill, kill, kill!!! Die, die die!!! To my intense happiness, some of my friends (and fellow Body Jam newbies - Sophea, Swiftdance, anak Md Tahir and Wanita-Tak-Reti-Penat) decided to follow me from MA to my class in DU. If they hadn't been there, I can guarantee you that I would have ended up doing the class macam hanj. Let me repeat, MACAM HANJ. Their energy and enthusiasm boosted my perseverance. Thank you so much, peeps. I would have swooned right there on the stage if it weren't for you guys. Ahaks, sob sob sobbing...
That's how taxing I find teaching BJ45. Either my stamina sucks, or I'm getting bloody older and need to take supplements to help boost my energy levels.
Excuses, excuses... Bleeeuurrrggghhh...
