Shape Men's Health Night Run 2009

Saturday, 25th July 2009. 8:00pm. This was the run I truly almost didn't make it to the end. Bukit PICC tu can hanjs nak mampos. They made us take the whole curcuit of the PICC hill. Giler ke apa?? I ran for about 45 minutes. Then I walked the rest of the way, right up to the finishing line. I don't ever want to run at night in Putrajaya ever again. Panas siottt.. Please, please stop me from doing so next year, ok.
