The New One is Out!

Yup, 54 is out, people.

We had the workshop last Saturday, 15th August 2010. The turn out was a bit quiet. It must be because of the fasting month and all.

I practised for the first time two nights ago with my beloved Encik Semut and again last night with Encik Semut, Madam Mermadia and Cik Shabam. I absolutely L.O.V.E the French Electro Awesomeness block. It's bloody awesome, I tell ya.

I heart the warmup, isolations, recovery and Freaky Cantina, but I'm not quite sure of my feelings for the Contemporary Rock. I find it weird. Maybe because I don't feel the music. The moves are pretty interesting, though. It's just that for me, the music doesn't seem to jive with the moves.

Anyway, expect lots and lots of arm lines in this release. There are some pretty cool ones too, especially in the second half. As for the music selection, it's not bad at all, except for the Contemporary Rock. But don't ask me about the songs. The ONLY one I know and have heard before is the groove down track; Put it in a Love Song by Alicia Keys feat. Beyonce. As for the other tracks, I've never heard of them before.

If you watch the dvd, the two gals who are guest instructors for this release with Master G, they are THE BOMB. I absolutely heart Michelle Dean from Sydney. I think she is SO cool. You should see her in the French Electro Awesomeness block. She is just bloody inspiring to look at. The fitness magic she creates is just W.O.W.

I'm looking forward to teaching this release. It's gonna be fun, fun, fun!
