And the win was a due to a goal that was headed into the net in the 73rd minute. By Carles Puyol of all people. A defender. Pique should have just knocked into Puyol completely, and then the goal wouldn't have happened. Shucks.

There wasn't much Joachim Löw could do. The boys just weren't able to get past the Spanish defenders. It was a much, much different game than the ones against England and Argentina. I guess the Spanish was just a stronger team.
